At Ministry of Scent, we want you to discover your perfect fragrance with confidence. While we cannot accept returns on opened full-size bottles or discovery samples, we offer a flexible exchange program for unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened condition with the protective cellophane seal intact; please note that individual samples and discovery sets are final sale.

Email our scent experts at support@ministryofscent.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your unopened fragrance in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot credit items broken upon arrival.
Ship and Track
Affix your provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
